The Vets and Nurses at our practice are committed to providing excellent veterinary care to your pets and excellent service to our clients.
We are sorry if we have not met your expectations and suggest that you follow the procedure below so that your concerns can be resolved.
In the first instance please take up the matter with the member of staff involved. We hope that their direct knowledge of the case will allow a prompt resolution.
If you are not satisfied then please complain in writing, addressed to The Practice Manager. The manager will investigate the complaint and reply to you within a reasonable period.
Finally if the Practice Manager cannot resolve the problem please write to the Clinical Director or Regional Director at the practice.
We would normally expect the above procedures to resolve the problem. However if they do not then you may write to our professional regulator. The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons will investigate concerns of malpractice relating to specific veterinary surgeons or registered veterinary nurses.
The RCVS will not normally adjudicate in cases related solely to fees.
