St Davids Referrals

In our spacious reception area, our Jude, Jeni and Jodie are waiting to greet you and your pet (they even have treats!).

There is plenty of seating here while you wait for your appointment.  Nervous cats can wait behind the reception desk to keep them out of the way of inquisitive dogs.  We also stock a range of cat and dog toys and accessories, and both Royal Canin and MiPet foods.

We are lucky to have a large consulting room - plenty of room for even the largest dogs! This is stocked with plenty of modern equipment to allow a thorough examination of your pet.

A in-house laboratory allows us to run blood tests, examine urine and look at slides under the microscope, and get results the same day.  For more advanced tests we send samples to a local laboratory, and often have these results by the next afternoon.

We can perform both ultrasounds and x-rays at the Exminster Clinic. In 2016 we updated both our ultrasound machine and our x-ray processor, allowing us to get even better quality images.

Our operating theatre is maintained to the highest standards.  Here we can perform all routine neuterings, as well as other procedures such as mass removals.  Orthopaedic surgeries and those requiring overnight post-operative care are normally performed at our main hospital at St David's Station.

Everything is on hand in the prep room to ensure the safest anaesthetics for all patients.

A well-stocked dispensory is on-site, in most cases allowing your pet to go home on the day with the medication they need.
